Help escalate from conversation to meeting

I have been speaking to my friends friend, she initiated the conversation based on my friends recommendation.
The convo has been going really well, talking about all sorts and she seems pretty keen based on replies. Two things I need help with:

How can I escalate to a meeting? I read once I should invite her to something ridiculous like robbing a bank aha. Any ideas?

Also she is really slow at replying (it's Facebook not texts). Should I say anythung about that or would that be too AFC?
