So I'm at Starbucks and there was a tall HB6 two seats from me. After the guy near me stands up and leaves, I open her. We chat for 20 minutes, later moved to sit next to her. I built kino by touching her hand to compliment her watch, also did triangle gaze, then I said I wanted to show her a cool spot nearby to have a drink. Qualified myself a bit.

As we leave and are crossing the street, I put my hand on her back to guide her. Held my hand there for about 10 seconds. Our conversation was not sexual (which may have been a fail to escalate on my part). Anyway once we get to the bar I bought her a drink (I'm so against this, but this did work once) and we chat. So she compliments me and says I'm confident and how she likes that. Tells me her friend is getting in tomorrow and that they have been traveling and partying for the past 2 months. I'm thinking DTF.

As we finish our beer, she said she had to go to the bathroom. i had to go to, so I showed her where to go. We went in to separate bathrooms haha. Once we leave it starts to rain and she says she has to go shopping. Now, I don't have much else to do, and I did make kino touching her leg, back, arm, hand, etc... and I felt she was fine with it, so I said I could come along (huge AFC mistake). She said no, and I said ok maybe we can meet up later.

We spent a total of one and a half hours together.

I put my hand on her waist and talk for 10 seconds before slowly going in to k-close after she said no to me coming along. She turns her cheek and told me she has a BF. I said we could be discrete and I wouldn't tell. Again, no. Thinking, whatever I tell her to have fun shopping and to introduce me to her friend. Then I ask her how her friend looks haha. I number closed, she even showed me the number as it was ringing, later texted her afterwards. No response .... would be surprised if I got one.

Is this a case of failure to escalate after 90 minutes together?
