When it comes to females who lead busy lives I will only let them flake once. If I really do want to see them again then I will try once more. If they were too busy for the second time then I would leave it and let them make the effort to initiate a date, if she does then I would follow through and sort it. I wouldn't ever pursue her a third time, it seems desperate, and it's her loss.. GL
