Hey guys, need some advice and pointers.

Back story (long story short):

HB8.5, met her out in a small bar, was making eye contact for a while. Then her friend caught me just as i came out of the toilet and said her friend thinks im cute. I went over straight away and n-closed after 5-10 minutes.

About a week and a half later after pretty consistent txting daily we are supposed to meet up for a drink. She flaked, after txting she said well you didnt txt me today so i didnt think anything was set in stone (even though it had been set up days before hand with no reason for her to think it wasnt still going on). Txting quickly fizzled out and didnt get a reply to one of my texts.....

This brings me to last week, 3 months later after that happened i get a text "Hey long time no speak, how're you?" bit random and out of blue. So after txting for another week...we are meeting up again, i thought fuck it i'll give her another shot...i have been gaming others and have other potential dates setup so i aint got all my eggs in this basket. But we did really hit it off so why not plus she's smoking hot and 4 years older than me (i'm 22), i prefer more mature women to be honest.

I just want some tips for the date, should i use some cocky negs for flaking last time? or what? im unsure how to play this one.

I've heard different schools of thought, dnt mention that wshe flaked whatsoever , or..neg for it playfully

Thanks

Listen to me carefully. Set up a date. Get her to commit. Then after she has committed to it, you need to cancel or tell her you are too busy. You don't have to necessarily do it at the last minute, but you need her to know that you had her locked in for a date, and YOU chose to cancel it. That is key.

If she is actually interested and you don't do it in an assholey sort of way, she'll be willing to reschedule. At that point she'll have more of an investment in the whole situation and she'll be more likely to play into the frame you are establishing.

If this was the same week, I'd think either option would be on the table. After 3 months, however, you should not mention the flake. It implies that you have thought about it a lot and that it got to you, which you don't want. Flaking definitely isn't OK though, common courtesy dictates that you stick to your appointments unless something comes up.
