I am new in this forum and i will need all the help i could get. So here is the story.
Lately i got a new job as a manager and some time ago i got transfered in a new store. After some time one of the girls there started hitting on me. At the begining i was ignoring her and I was telling her Im your boss and I am not going to do it. After a couple of months when i got a bit more sure about my job status i said that i would give her a try and after she asked me 2-3 times to go out with her i said yes. On that date we did pretty much everything except sex. On the way back she wouldnt stop licking my chest kissing my abs and kissing me. The day after though she told me that everything was a mistake and we shouldnt have done that and that i should focus on my job and that things would get complicate. She said that everything was her bad and that i had every right in the world to be mad at her. Its been 2 weeks since that date. She still seems to be attracted to me and still enjoys flirting for example today when i had to leave the store we had a small conversation

her " Where are you going"
me " You know i have other stores to take care too"
her "Ok as soon as your done get back here"
I dont remember what i replied.

She still seems to enjoy my company and i feel that somehow she wants to be around me ( she was compaining that she hasnt seen me for some time she was off on friday and i was off on saturday so we havent seen each other for 2 days) but she is not hitting on me the same way that she was doing it before maybe because now she knows that somehow when she asks me to go out Im gonna say yes. I think that all of these was just a game for her since i was strongly negative at the beginning.

I even invited her twice to go out and she said no. She says that as long as im her boss she wont do anything and that I should behave my self and if things change maybe she would do something.

Its like positions have been swapped and instead of her hitting on me Im hitting on her.

So guys since I am new on this im gonna need all the help i could get from you.

She is married with two children and her husband is away for 3 months
