Hi I went out with a mate last tuesday night and hooked up with this hb it got pretty intense in the club and so ended giving her my number..
she texts me the next day and we've kept it up for the past couple of days. i feel like txt games a pretty weak area of mine so it'd be amazing if you guys could give me a hand trying to work out where i'm going wrong..

11:48 am HB: Hi Albie sorry for the late response, yesterday was terribly hectic! how were pancakes on the balcony? That sounded amazing! What year do you graduate uni? Wondering of you'd know my brother.. x

12.39 pm Oppy: Oh thats alright, yeah it was nice i was soo happy it was sunny:) i graduated at the end of 2010 you brother was 2011 right? And what was he studying again? X

12.48 pm HB: Yes decent weather finally - fingers crossed it will last!! Yes, brother is studying History and Politics and actually graduating 2013 so far behind you! i remember you saying you work in environmental consultancy? Are you still doing that or taking a break for the moment? xC

1.00 pm Oppy: Oh 2013 damn he's only a first year.. Yeah i don't think i'd know him. And yeah i was working for a consultants called ******* up until about 3 weeks ago, so i'm trying to work out which way to go now i'm sorry i cant remember what you are up to nowadays? X

1.06 pm HB: Ha probably not! i've just graduated uni at Edinburgh and starting work in September. Traveling and enjoying freedom as much as possible until then! xx

1.12 pm Oppy: Partying away till work starts, i like your style! How was your party last night? X

8.06 pm HB: last night was fun, just drinks party at a friends flat in fulham, followed by bitta dancing! now spending the day with mum - trying to buy her and iPhone! What have you been up to? xC

8.10 pm Oppy: Oh nice, yeah is your mum good with phones? I got mine a txt speak book for christmas, that was a mistake, haha.. And i just went in to the office for a bit to meet my ex boss and hangout with some guys xx

Ok thanks if you made it this far!! i just realised how boring that conversation was. Anyway i'd love to improve on this part of my game cos i'm still pretty bad at it, any advice you guys have got would be amazing!

You should first of all stop saying XX after every text you send. Keep her interested , dont ask to many questions! just ask her to come over like when you did with the pancakes! that was a good one.

ok, thanks jmatla i'll try and keep it short and sweet and relax with the x's.. and yeah shame she missed the pancakes that was a good session

if you get the chance, next time instead of putting the question you're in london , say something like :

I'll be waiting for you at XX and YY place in london with large coffee i probably wont be able to finish alone!

Thanks for the tips guys I think she really likes me I just needed to maybe calm down on the IOI's and she'll start following me instead of the other way round.
