her: I'm going to the gym at 3. maybe after that?

It wouldn't say anything about you having other options. You waited a long time before texting her back. You joked about flirting with other girls. It says nothing about your other options, since it wasn't a serious text.

I think you've probably fucked this one up now. Don't be awkward just to show "non-neediness" or to play silly power games - what's more important? That you have all the "power" in the interaction (whatever that means)? Or that you fuck her? When she said she could meet you after 3 you should have just agreed and met her after 3 and fucked her.
