I know what you mean. Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago after a few fun dates. I guess if you keep texting them, no matter how funny or interesting they seem to loose interest regardless. I could only say stop texting her and only text her to meet up.

I have a feeling she's about to flake on you though. If she doesn't that's great! Run some more game in person, then don't text her for a little while. Let her initate texts a few times. If she flakes then I guess move on and drop her.
