So I met this girl on Saturday. I was in a b-day party in a pretty charismatic mood and she happen to get near the group I was talking and tried to join in. When I get up she says "Sorry I didn't get your name", so we exchanged names, and kept on chatting for a while until I had to leave early to another venue. So we agreed on looking each other in FB.

On Monday I sent her a message asking her out to continue the conversation from the party over some coffee or drinks.

I got her reply of course, 2 days later, pretty vague..

"this week is pretty busy but maybe next week.
we planned to continue the card-playing soon. you could join us. but i'm not sure when exactly we'll meet. i'll keep you informed."

So I cannot be sure any specific next move.

I am thinking of:

Not replying at all. Forget the whole thing delete her from facebook and stuff.
Reply early next week with a specific plan.

Any other suggestions? I believe this is a pretty difficult situation though specially since its through facebook but what the hell. I still get one more shot..

I have lost girls I was really keen on because I didn't take time to "seal the deal" with a strong connection, whether by words or physical action. Once you exist that moment, you lose that opportunity and are reduced to "Facebook guy". You need to make the most of the interaction while you're there.

If she doesn't feel like you two got along especially well then she may be "too busy" for you. Only because girls are used to guys chasing them and have to pick who they make time to interact with.

At this point you can only keep it conversational, maybe invite her to something. The conversation may pick up on FB, it may not. You can try to create interesting conversation on chat. But see how much more difficult it is now?
