Hello all looking for some tips on how to move forward with this one.

She in an HB8 I met in a class last semester. We were in a group together, so i talked with her quite a bit for during that time. I kept really playful and flirty the whole time never really trying to make a move just playing it cool. Her friends in class with us always joked about us being bf and gf i guess due to our endless flirting etc. Move up 2 months get her on a day 2 for lunch super chill convo flowed great and that was that. We test every now and then, but whenever i hint at something sexual or "US" doing something together she either takes it as me goofing around or just not serious. She does have a lot of guy friends, which i dont know how to interpret any ideas? She will text me late night on the weekends, but always flakes when I respond or suggest meeting up....

Any suggestions moving forward? Oh and this girl really puts on the badass persona aka she has a very cock/funny personality which is why i must close haha.
