We would always flirt and kino but had to be careful to keep it within our work boundaries because she was my supervisor/employee relationship. She left the company about a month ago and since then have been texting 4-5 times a week and flirting like crazy.
I tried to set up one date with her a week ago, but our schedules just didn't match up. So i asked again yesterday and she mentioned she was going out of town today and shhhh don't tell anyone. I replied with the magical "ok" and she quickly replied with "I'd be down next week when I get home!". I replied with "sounds good".
So I'm not sure If I fucked up because it seems like the ball is in her court and I have lost control. This girl seems different though, she always stresses to me that she is low maintenance and classy and whether it is an act or not I've never encountered a girl that stressed that.
She rarely initiates the first text, but usually is the first to start the flirting and always responds when I text/call her. Basically, should I wait for her to contact me? I was thinking if she hasn't contacted me by Monday(she gets back Sunday) just to open with something clever to get the conversations going again. Should I bring up that we should go out again, or wait for her to? I was thinking give her a few days to see if she brings it up, and if not then me ask her out again.
Any help is appreciated!
