I've been having a lot of pre-kiss anxiety as well, and I realized that there are actually very few times in my life when I was the one to initiate a first-kiss. But thanks BlackBull for reminding me that girls don't really know when to go in for the first kiss either.

Instead of asking her for a massage, learn some techniques off the net. Lord knows you can find anything on here. Then you can offer her one, this would probably put you in a better position to escalate from. But be sure not to go for too much too fast. You've already gone all this time without kissing her, you don't want to go for everything all at once.
