A girl I had known in high school and not seen in around 10 years responded out of the blue and came to my gym for a fitness assessment a few days later.
We hit it off immediately and had great chemistry/conversation. It seems she has recently broken up with her boyfriend after six years and needs an outlet to blow off steam.
She also mentioned she was going on an adventure run on the weekend and invited me to join her the next night. Again, we had greater conversation all night and she kept alluding to the fact that she was single and ready to move on.
I did not go in for the kiss that night because I knew I would be seeing her twice a week (for training) and figured I would just ask her out again. We again had great conversation this week and she brought her mom and friends to see the gym as well.
Long story short, I want to ask her out again and bridge the gap between client and dating, but I do not want to make things weird and lose a client.
With this in mind, I am not sure how aggressive to be in terms of texting and alluding to stuff outside of the gym as she is giving me mixed signals. My thought is to ask her on a fitness oriented date as with the last time and try to close from there.
Any suggestions/feedback on navigating this situation would be appreciated.
