I am new to PUA and I am quite an AFC but I am still young and I have much time to learn So directly to the problem.

I am senior right now and I will be graduating in a couple of weeks, we no longer go to classes basically just waiting for prom. There is this girl from my class and I like her a lot. About 10 days ago she broke up with her boyfriend and ever since she has been giving me some major IOIs. She gave me some and before they broke up but afterwards she has become more direct and I felt that the moment to close her is coming but it is a hard thing to do at school so I decided to wait untill last night at a party. However, she didn't come.

So the problem is this: What should I do from now on? Most likely, unless something comes up, I wont see her in the next 2 weeks and prom is 3 weeks from now and I don't want to wait that much because I might lose to moment or someone else might come. So I am thinking about aproaching direcly and texting her or something... or is it better to wait untill prom when I will have a clear shot However, by far I have only aproached her indirectly and texting could seem very strange and I don't know how she might react and I don't want to ruin everything.

Any suggestions on what and how I should do?

Don't ask her to prom via text! Nut up and ask her out in person. It sounds like you see her in class all the time so it should be easy to find the opportunity. The only time you should ever ask a girl out via text is when you've gone out a few times already or enough strong sexual rapport has been built. Guys that are pussies ask girls out via text because it's easy and non-confrontational so they don't fear being rejected as much. You'll look like a timid beta and even if you could get away with it with this one high school girl you'll fail countless times with other women later in life if you text for dates. I use text for playful banter, but that's it. Good luck.

I agree, I hate texts and I dont want to do it this way. I am just worried because we had our last bell so I wont be seeing her for at least the next two weeks and it could be problematic because much can happen in this time and I don't want to miss the chance

2 weeks is way too long. You're chance is right now. This is what I would do: I'd call her right now and talk to her for less than five minutes. Don't ask her to prom during this conversation. Keep it short, playful, and flirtatious. In less than five minutes of being on the phone with her tell her something came up and you gotta go but you'll call back later tonight. Call her back TOMORROW night and that is your time to ask her to the prom.

This is how I'd handle it without knowing all the details. So if you need to, adjust slightly for your situation. Most of all, be a man and pull the damn trigger. Let me know how it goes and remember kid, the only guys that don't strike out are the ones that don't play ball. Good luck.
