Im meeting this girl who I used to work with. Its a whole long story but were kinda in the friends zone without being in it. There is alot of tension and awkwardness between us. She left the company 2 weeks ago. The last day she said to me that we HAVE to keep in contact etc and its different now because our "status" is different - I guess that means we dont work together. She knows i like her and to an extent she likes me (altho she puts her bitch shield up constantly)

I told her ill figure out where we meet and what we do (still not decided)

I now am gonna go in for the kill, I was hesitant before maybe because we worked together etc and it was always awkward.

how do I turn this meet up into something sexual? How do I relieve that awkwardness that we had before? Ultimately how do I ramp up the tension more and turn things sexual.

Would a bar enable this? should it be a loud bar? somewhere quiet?

Do something fun, ask her if her and her friends want to go out to the bars sometime, or go clubbing.
Dont have the awkward mindset of the past. Think of this as starting new with this girl. Dont talk about work with her much, you can bring it up and say something like "I always felt awkward around you when we worked together because I was constantly checking you out"
