I think there might have been something on this but can't find it right now. Been able to number close about 4-5 girls the past week...the text game goes well and they're usually down to hang out. BUT... as soon as it comes time to hang out they bail. I'll call or text them, but they either don't answer or don't text back. Doesn't really make any sense to me...

Any idea why they do this? How do I avoid this next time?

I am not a pro at this, but this is what I do and it works somewhat

To get a day two, the best thing is to make her warm for an activity when you just met. Of course it has to be something fun and interesting.

I did this twice last week, with good results. For the first I told her I planned to go ice-skating later that week. After a positive response, I told her she could join me if she wanted. After that it is easy to set up a date, without a lot of txt game.

I met this HB8 at a museum a few days later. After only 3 minutes after opening she joined me for a coffee. We got on well, so I hinted about some gallery I wanted visit later that week. I didn't get a very positive response, but we talked about going for a beer later in the week when I left.
I tried to call her, but didn't get through (I give up calling and stick to txt from now on). She txt-ed me later she wouldn't/couldn't call me, but was sorry she missed my call (IOI in my book)
A date was set up quite easily after that:

me: Hi xx, I am going to check out this cool new gallery by xx on xx. Do you want to join us?
HB: us?
me: A friend wanted to go there. Not sure if he can make it. See you at six tomorrow then. Fun!
HB: Ok, tell me where to meet then, because I don't know where it is. Are you sure it will be open at 6?
(of course my friend didn't make it and we had a fun night out)

So basically I stick to short text messages and not too much txt-ing with girls I just met. I think that if she wants to meet me, she will. If not, I move on.

hey basik, do you always make sure the odds are stacked in your favour, ie one rule of thumb i always use if you get a number that night organise a day 2 asap like the next day the less time you give them to flake out the better also are you keeping them interested via text or calling have you got comfort with them. another game i use is pretending there chasing me and im on the hot one. ie something like im not a piece of meat, im human being with feelings blah and then the text game starts. the last message i got before my last day 2 from this hottie using this was you better be wearing your distress whistle or i may take it as an invitation to rape you.
