Hey thought you might like a girl's perspective (obviously I can only speak for myself but at least you get an idea)
Too keen - could be a turn off for girls - I would find it a turn off. Would prefer to wait a day or so - build the suspense up
Not too bad - sounds pretty casual and would probably work on me so long as you have built up enough comfort and attraction

A bit too forward - proabably a better way to say it is turn it on her like "so what day do you want to take me out next week?" say with a cheeky smile and she will probably laugh and be like "whatever - you take me out!" from there you can go "ok sweet... and what day then?"
Too unsure and insecure sounding. Wouldn't work on me.

ive used number 4 with good success, the key is to make your close relevent to the situation, if shes fun make it funny. if her personality does not suit the close then dont use it
