So I've known this girl I'm having a date with next week for a while now. She is the sister of an old friend of mine, but she truly is smokin hot!

We started to hang out more often lately and she recently has become my new colleague. We started texting eachother, but I can't tell if she is really interested in me or not.

She does ask me why I'm not texting her back when I'm taking to long to text something, she calls me honey, sweetie and that stuff.
Last week I gave her a short massage at our office and she really enjoyed it and she said I would get one back soon:)

Next week I'm having a date with her, and we're going to the cinema. But I actually have no idea how I should handle this. I'd like to Kclose on the date, but I'm unsure if she's into that. My gut tells me I know her to long to make such a move. I guess I should try, but what is your advice? And how should I handle this?

Cinema's suck, you can't talk during the movie, and if you dont have enough comfort/attraction with her you shouldnt really kino/try to kiss her during the movie either, shit is awkward sometimes.

Go have a drink after the movie, talk about it, fluff talk, kino her (dont sit on the opposite of her, sit next to her, but not literally, know what i mean? like if you have a square table, dont go sit on the opposite part of the square, but on the one that is next to it, damn i dont know how to explain it in english lol.) From there you can kino her, just build it up a little, be cocky/funny, walk her home/to her busstop/car whatever, and if you've escalated far enough (with kino) you should just turn her around and pull her closer, and go in for the kiss. Be sure to build enough attraction though, you dont want to blow it with a colleague, again: shit is awkward.

Yeah I know stuff is awkward when fooling around with an colleague. I allready have Fclosed one female colleague and Kclosed another two, so tell me about it!
Even my boss knows it lol, but on the other side, he Fclosed a colleague of mine too LOL (he's 22 btw)
