i met a persian HB 7.5 a few weeks ago. we talked for a good 20-30 minutes and we have a ton in common. she left the party i was at in good terms with her.

since then, i have been texting her and talking to her on facebook on and off. she flirts with me and stuff and gives me IOI's. everytime i ask her to hang out, she changes the subject or says she's busy. i can clearly tell she's interested but she's playing hard to get. how can i get her to chill with me??

- Move on to another girl.
- Ask her WHAT THE FUCK HER PROBLEM IS..... In a nice way.

I would consider movin on. However you can be persistent and possibly still win her over. If that is what you wish to do this is what i would suggest:
Call her about once a week for about a month. If she answers keep the conversation short and fun. Talk to her like shes your best friend and you've known her for a long time. If she doesn't answer leave her a friendly v-mail, but do so in a manner that a friend would.(don't be like hey this is the guy you met....) say somethin funny that might make her laugh like a friend would.
Once you start talkin to her do NOT ask her for a date or to chill. Give things a little bit of time for her to get comfortable talkin to you and if she gets really interested she will start callin or textin you. Hell she may even ask you when you guys are goin to hang out if you play your cards right.
After the month is over cut back to calling only once every other week. By this time if she is going to come through she probably would have.
HOWEVER, most importantly do not occupy all your time to this one girl. What i have just told you only requires a few minutes of your time a week and you shouldn't stop trying to meet new girls. In this manner you are going to be occupied and not feel like it was a waste of your time if she flakes.
