Met a cute girl ~7.5 at a mutual friend's party last saturday and had a good vibe going with her, flirting with kino, and spent a good amount of time talking by ourselves and built some comfort. I even got rid of an AMOG who was trying to out-alpha me.

she was definitely attracted and introduced me to her friends (another girl and a guy) who got along with me, but they definitely got in the way of escalating further. Anyway, at the end of the night her and her friends drove me home and did not want to keep partying (it was like 4am). she/they invited me to another party this thursday for her friend's birthday.

to keep her thinking of me I sent her a short funy text today to see how she is doing and she replies right away with a short message saying "cool my friend! and you?"

so I escalate a bit and say i saw something that reminded me of her today, but it was not as cute as her. She replies "hahaha that's funny thanks my friend"

After the frame we had going on Saturday, i was not expecting her to start calling me a friend, as this usually means the girl is trying to convey she is not sexually attracted (or at least not willing to do anything sexual for whatever reason)

What are your thoughts? Could this just be her testing to see if i have balls enough to pursue her? Or, is she just not feeling it and trying to give me a hint? Ideas for further text messages? And, how should I approach seeing her again on Thursday? Also interested in your thoughts and any general discussion that comes out of this.

Maybe she's just one of those few people that actually calls people friend? I've only met one other person that does that, but it could happen. The whole situation just seems kinda funny though. Wish I could help you out more bro.
