What do you think of Coloring Books for a first date?

This is either so wierd that it would never work, or so weird that only you could pull it off and therefore there's no point asking about it here :)

IMO the only way I can see it working is a spur of the moment thing. I would opt for something that allows more personal creativity though.

Should be fine. The key is being congruent with the whole thing and confident that it will be fun. If she is interested at all she won't just shoot down the idea. You might want to skip the coloring outlines and just go free-form.

I used to hang out with a girl and we would draw and watercolor together, it was pretty cool. she thought it was funny that we were doing stuff that kids usually do. We had already been hooking up at that point so it was not the same as you are proposing.

It is also a good idea to add a bottle of wine

Ide play it really chill and lay back because coloring is just awesome. Plus it would be a nice way to bring her into my house without any kind of pressure of what we must do and generally a laid back activity.I think it would be a good start for any date in general.
