that was all for today.. im not sure where to go with this.. i kno that the girl likes me she just messes around when it comes dwn to meetin up can anyone out there help me and point me in the right direction?... also this is my first post on this forum

Yeah so this would be classified as a newbie question...

Anyway, I don't understand why so many aspiring RAFCs wait so long before they take action.
Texting on and off for a few weeks is not using the art of seduction. Just set up a meet, you can be casual about it but you won't move on unless you meet her. When you got her number, did you just get it or did you talk about doing something? You should always set up a hypothetical meet when you get the number.
So think of something fun to do, CALL (stop texting) and tell her to join you!

I'm sorry I gave you kind of a harsh answer but when you haven't really taken action and you ask what to do, the obvious answer is: take action!
