to summarise, met this cute girl at a bar and we got on well, and she lightheartedly said she wanted to marry me and told her friends that too, were both drinking but not "out of it", exchanged numbers , have texted general stuff, but going on with the whole 'marriage' thing i asked her

me: "so when do i get to give your wedding ring?"

she responded " Lol. when ever u like!"

she told me im cute etc etc at the bar, so she should be into me,
any good moves next on my part?

You could say something like, " Hey fiance, so i wanna hang out in order to give u your ring but only if you behave yourself"

one suggestion you can use this to qaulify her
'Getting married is a big commitment, how do I know your the one'

Do this still in a joking matter obviously but when she starts giving you reasons thats exactly what you want

Cake testing __time of date (dont ask when shes available make it on your own time___ @ __restaurant ( dont make it a bakery or summin might sound creepy)__ ... dinner first

I.e.

Cake testing 8pm Friday @ Oligios ... we should probably have dinner first...

Couple of friends and I are going ___(fun activity)___. Hmm, theres an idea for the bachelor party? Hah, anyways wondering if you wanna tag along?
