Perhaps, but that is just inviting her to say "well if you saw me looking at you, why didn't YOU come and say hi?"
If it were me I'd say something generic like "Hey so what did you get up to after the other night?" just something basic to get a little bit of talking going (not for too long of course), then with the next text(s) throw a little cocky funny to bump her attraction somewhat then go for organising a day 2 by calling her so she can hear your voice and you don't become just words on a screen to her.
It's a little difficult to play this one out because you won't have any comfort with her which increases the chances of her flaking. You could try bridging it when talking to her about a day 2, suggesting you'd like to see if there is more to her than a pretty face etc.
