hi i was just wondering about ioi's about a question i have being wondering about for 3 days now..

Does An Occational Glance (30seconds-1minute) Count as an IOI?

im assuming he means that she looks at him once every 30sec to 1min..not for 30sec to 1min, either way id say so..
