I recently went to Vegas and San Diego and FB was gold.
Its a perfect way of developing Fast Trust.
Lead through your openers and aim for a number close but casually say
"i don't know you that well" (Words to that effect) "Can we be friends on facebook first..."
You can then add them...then esculate to a number or a kiss.
My theory is once you have the number you can usually work on the kiss.
This worked in the US, and I had success with it back in the UK.

If you're having a good conversation then get the number. If she says no, then you can neg and say something like "I didn't say I was actually going to call you"...something to that effect
