Stuck in 2 different situations with 2 diff girls.

1st one I just met last weekend at a party, flirted w/ her (she is the exact same heritage as me and really cute!) and texted her for a bit afterwards. (this was friday haven't texted her since)

Basically its been really hard for me to set things up, what's a good way to lead into setting something up with her? (It would have to be through texting/calling)

The same thing is happening with this other girl, except we've been texting for such a rediculously long amount of time, and we haven't really hung out. I can tell she is still interested cause she keeps poking me on facebook, responding to my texts, and will even text me first...And yet is never available to hang out. (I have asked her before)

Help??? Suggestions?? Thanks.

The second girl is playing with you. She is most likely interested but is testing you to give her a bit of a challenge. Next time wait for her to initiate a time to meet (she will eventually if you don't ask her anymore). When she does, be sure to act busy or change the time that you two meet to one that better "fits your schedule." If she wants to test you, you better be willing to test her too.

As far as the first girl, I would make it casual. Tell her that you and your friends are going out to a bar and that she should come along (make it sound like you are inviting just another friend). You don't have to hit on her through text...wait to meet in person, then work your magic.
