Not really, to tell you the truth. For one, if she says no, she's not going to know what you're talking about. In addition, if she says yes, she still probably won't know what you're talking about unless the actor/actress is famous for making a strange face. It's also a bit creepy, in that it shows that you were staring at her for a while to have noticed the different facial expressions she makes. It's much easier to neg her on something obvious at first glance, such as her shoes or her hair.

Yes or no questions are not very good questions. Not unless you're trying to get answers and aren't trying to have fun. Ask questions that are almost impossible to answer with one word and tell a little bit about the girl herself.
