I don't know how I stumbled upon your site and don't know if this is the correct forum to post this message but here it goes:

Background:
I work at a multinational corporate company as a mid-level manager in marketing. I'm a happily married man, but still I am a man...

I met this married woman from another affiliate of our company at a global event last week. We first had a group dinner and had a walk around at a city that we both were not familiar with. We "somehow" connected as we talked since we had similar backgrounds -education, job, interests, married with kids, etc.

During the week we chat around when we bumped into each other and every night she told me to stay in the hotel instead of going out with other guys and gals to have a drink -which I did go out.

One night we managed to dance and had a longer conversation but still she got to her room early -2am. And the next morning she came to me and I teased her of being an early sleeper like a bird. Which she responded with an angry face and a long conversation...

Then I convinced her to go out into the city for shopping on our last hours in the city, as I told her I needed her advise on a shoe I was about to buy but wasn't sure.

Anyway, she followed me, we shopped for shoes for 3 hours and she did give advice on the shoe that I wanted and did buy -and before shopping she said she hated shopping. BUT we also baught her daughter a toy and she mentioned her husband's name a few times...

So during the week she was smiling when she saw me, came to talk to me while I was standing around with other people, asked some detailed questions about me and insisted on her questions when I did not give an answer and some other stuff that made me think she was somehow interested in me. And guess what, I'm interested in her now.

Future:
This is the part that gets interesting and where I need your input:
A few weeks later, we are meeting at another event in Rome, a quite romantic city as you all know. And we will be away from our countries and also our immediate colleagues. She also had stated that she would stay up late and make up for the early leaving this week.

So, am I seeing this correctly? She's a little into me, but I need to play it right to make that "a little" to hugely.

How do I proceed?
