I get telling her what to do, but why "digits" ? What's wrong with that other English word?

When the girls hear the word "number" there automatic response can answer for them, because they are so used to hearing it. But when you say DIGITS, it doesn't even register.

This is important when closing while going direct. It WILL result in higher success rate.
