Yes before someone jumps the ship, I have read all of the University/College thread.

I recently wanted to open HB's in my building but I found that I am dry trying to come up with some "school" related openers because HB's are usually never alone and with their friends. I know tons of good openers that could work for clubs... etc but some don't really work for school.

If anyone could tell me some good openers that could work with groups or a 1 set would be great!

I have been in university for 2 years now, while I just found out about this forum I think I have had success with women so Ill give you my 2 cents.

Ofc this might not work..etc...etc.

Always improvise..be ready to think on your feet.

Remember something...we are creatures who are very dependent of our environment...we react to where we are.

Use that to your advantage.

I.e

you see a girl studying by herself...approach her and ask her what she is studying (if you have some knowledge in what she is doing talk about it (gain familiarity, make her conformable with the fact that you're a complete stranger...ppl like to feel at ease), look at signs that she is interested in you...
move the convo from school to personal.

I have found that the easiest way to get a person/girl to form a bond of trust with you...is you sharing stories with them that they can relate to..if you dont have any...make some up....

"oh my ex-gf took this class...blah blah"

what I do...(I am assuming most of the picking up occurs while they're studying..since this is what I do)
I go over there and ask them if I can sit in the seat next to them (if theyre on a table) and then I join their conversation...

It depends on where you're going to school for, the campus vibe, etc. What worked well for me in college was:

Are you in such and such class (chill gen ed with a great prof that a lot of people like).

If you see her with a book from one of these interesting classes say oh hey are you taking that with so and so prof, I heard he's really great.


Think about where you're trying to open. If you see an anthro student studying in a chemistry building take note and build off it.

Alternately if you see someone studying biochem outside in the middle of the afternoon and its a beautiful day you may try asking how they can study when its so nice out.

A point to keep in mind would be that college has easy times to open an harder ones. First two weeks of the term are easier, finals may be hard. Bars can be really hard, buses can be great, as can elevators if you know how to disarm

That's all you need. These are college women... not rocket scientists. Seriously. Joke around be yourself. Ive said everything from "Hi" to "Hey what class is this" followed by... "you're in that.. sucks for you."

Have something fun/playful... or interesting/intriguing. It does not take long until you literally see the attraction in her eyes.

Set the girl up with a compliance test first if you want. Hey watch my backpack for a sec is a good one. Then start conversation. The compliance test is interesting...

Perform your own shit test on her when you break away from the opening. LOL there are so many options of how to built attraction and quickly escalate the sexual tension. You just have to walk up and say "HI!"

Right on guys, these are great advice.

I will be trying some of these, I even thought of just using "Do guys who like cats over dots are gay?" opener haha.
