I still see myself as a bit of an AFC but I am kind of okay with appraoching if I apply myself.

If you have real difficulty in talking to women and have real bad social skills then maybe this might help you.

I am still shy but I used to be 10 times worse. I woudlnt dare stop and talk to people in the street or shop assistants. But one day I made eye contact with a hb working as a charity worker in the street. Normally I would completely blank them out if they tried to speak to me but one time I stopped. Thats all changed over the years though as Ive got older, I dont have no problem now.

You dont have to game her or anything just let her talk about her charity. I found it great becuase they approached and opened which takes away some of the anxiety. plus most will talk to you about your day and what you have planned etc which isn't too far from real life conversations if she wasnt working as a charity worker.

They will do a lot of the talking. But it is great for getting you used to the situation of talking to women with close contact.

It's also great at improving your assertivness when they try and get you to sign up to their charity and donate money every month

Maybe give it a go next time you see a charity worker. It could be a great help to you if you do it often and if you are lacking social skills.
