Usual response from HB9+: "Are you calling me trash?" (impies that you are trying to collect them)
Me response: show engagement ring and do finger snap( like black girls do when they act sassy)
One set said "Is this a pickup line?" since I walked noticeably across the room to talk to them, these were HB 5 or something

Location: London | | It's called a false disqualifier because it shows you're not trying to hit on them initially. No indirect tactics like that will work if you telegraph interest by walking up to them or saying hey ladies I'm XYZ...
If you're set on going indirect, then stick to casual, over the shoulder opinion openers or situational stuff. OR you could actually look around for receptive sets and open more directly by saying they look fun and you wanted to come say hi.
