sometimes i meet some women that are in a rush,busy doing something,
like for example in a crowded clothing store helping costumers find what they're looking for,
or on the bus stop waiting for her bus,or just plain walking down the street to get to her
work on time.In these situations even if u're a cool guy,it's still important that the girl in the
clothing store for example to help the costumers instead of having a 15 minute conversation with a stranger,how do u handle her day time constraits,do u suggest exchanging phone numbers and
seeing if u like each other on the phone,or do u plow forward even if she's got the time constraits?

I never have 15 minute conversations in Pick-Up. I average 1 to 5 mintues tops. Thats all you need. The point is to get her number and move on.

So in the situations you mentioned:

Clothing store: Ask her opinion on something... then follow with quick small talk. Then walk away and let her work. Then on your way out come back up to her and say: "I'm heading out.. but I'd love you grab coffee with you sometime".

Bus stop: Ask for directions or comment on something she is wearing. Once you see the bus is a minute or so away.. close with the same line from above.

Rushing to work: Open with "Hey.. you're in a big hurry" or "Where's the fire?". Make sure you are smiling and playful when you say this. Tell her you're in a rush too but you had to stop her. Make a joke, get her name and close with the same line from before.
