Today a friend of mine gave me a number of a HB10, he asked me to ask for her name because his gf was kinda angry about some things he did with this HB10.

So I got this number, and I fixed her name.
Now he said "oh that girl, damn she's a HB10. empec, if you want, go fix her."

How do I open this girl? I do have her phone number.
I do not know anything of her, and she doesn't even know I exist.
any suggestions?

This is hit or miss. Some women will be creeped out by some guy they never met calling them up.

All you can do is call her and tell her how you got her number. Then have a short convo and see how it goes.

I was thinking about telling her the truth indeed, and then tell her I actually was stunned when I heard her voice and invite her to drink coffee some time during the day. See how bad friends we can be.

so be prepared to hold the conversation and keep it light, don't ask her out immediatelly,establish some comfort by having some small talk,
ask about her day,talk about urs,ask her if she's studying anything, talk about
some hobby u got,make her feel comfortable chatting with u,and after
some phone conversation if u feel that she's still interested then suggest a meeting,
tell her that u like visiting some kind of popular place there and that u'd love

I told her the reason I phoned her earlier, to ask her name ect.

After this I told her I was actually a little stunned by her voice, and that she had a bad girl vibe voice which attracted me a bit, because I'm into the bad types.

Then I tried to small talk, and she said "I'm not into this stuff at all".
And I replied "Ah your social circle is big enough at the moment? hehe"
She anwsered "no, but im just not into this stuff, so I wish you a good night".
