Now we locked eyes for a second then looked away. I wussed out and never got to approach her and now I'm refretting it. I was thinking of saying "Hey, do you think it's a good idea to give a mutal friend thats a girl a really expensive gift for Christmas?" or along the lines. But yeah what do you guys think I should've done and what would you have done. _________________

It happens to everyone. Sometimes your mojo is just weak. I still experience this sometimes. I generally don't have approach anxiety.. but if my mojo is weak and I'm not feeling "my best" I will sometimes avoid an approach. I don't want to engage a girl when I know I have low energy.
Your opener is great and it would of worked fine. I would probably of used a similar one at Express. I shop there a lot.
Use the regret you feel now as fuel for your next approach. There will always be another hot girl to approach so don't beat yourself up too much. _________________ Women are smarter than you think... but not as smart as THEY think
