Hey what's up everybody, Im having a party this saturday nite and a redhead girl who I like a lot is going to be there, what would be the best approaching?

You're hosting the party? Perfect. Make sure it's banging and that's huge social proof, if it's lame, not so much.

Party approaching (even if it's not your own) is easy. You can say whatever the hell you want and it's fine because of the party environment. You probably already know almost everyone, and if you don't there's no barriers to talking to them, which is ideal. Start drinking games, (or even non-drinking games, if that's your thing :P) and make sure she's playing.

Im sorry, english is not my first language but what I meant to say was that Im attending a party, Im planing to go to this party that I know she is going to be there,

No. I've never talk to her, this party will be for around 100 people. As far as I know she is a difficult one.

Remember, pick only a couple openers that you might want to use because you don't want to have your mind caught up on openers before you talk to her. Don't think, just act.
