I just wanted to get a guide on what I should be using and when. So for instance:
Open--->DHV--->Comfort/Rapport build--->Push pull---> N/k/f Close
(I know the above is probably bolloks but it is intended as an example)
I know that everything is fluid and to a certain extent this stuff is never really linear. But in an ideal senario what should come where, just so I can have an idea of what direction I should be moving in.
If you could reply with the same format as the example above i will be very greatful.

I like to use MM.. it's something like that:
OPENER -> FTC -> IVD -> DHV Story -> Confirm 3 IOI’s? If yes then Qualify
simple as that..
