So anyone who has done this or knows the outcome please share.

Situation:

If you meet a bunch of girls, and you drop a compliment to the one you like such as "damn your beautiful" then for a good few hours you give her nothing, you are having a laugh with her friends and giving her minimal interest.

Does this keep her interested, or is it purely better to just give her the least attention anyway and hawk her later?

I assumed maybe it keeps her on her toes, but then again I also think maybe dropping that line so early could give away your intentions.

Any thoughts?

It works if you do it with skill. If she suspects you are fucking with her it will backfire.

I generally don't like to make the pick-up process this long and drawn out. I like to get in and get out. So if I meet an attractive woman that I'll be around for several hours... I usually wont engage her until one of us is about to leave. I'll say hi in the beginning then not do much else until I'm ready to close.

I did this at my friends party this year. I walked in.. saw the girl and thought she was HOT. I said hi and asked her a few questions... then I just hung out with my friends. When she was getting ready to leave I approached her again and asked for her number. And I got it.

Yeah, I can see what you mean. The method you described I have done a few times. I just generally like to mess about and see what works and what doesn't. I guess I'm just trying to find new ways to test myself haha.

I guess it's always good to have afew tactics up your sleeve.

The only real answer is to see her body language and hear what's on verbal channels.

I would not advise ignoring a girl for some hours. A girl should be between hope and doubt. Being ignored for few hours seems like she would feel you are no interest. Means, no doubt for her and GAME OVER
