Hey guys, i found El Topo's blog a few days ago and was doing the first ten sets he mentioned here in his blog:

I wanna do all 100 Sets to get better with my outer game, but couldnt find the other post in his blog!

Does anyone know where i can get those or has an other guide (maybe here in this forum) to get better in 100 sets?
