I found this one can work anywhere, all you need is a natural sounding accent.
Im from Ukraine, but have been living in Ireland for an odd ten years, and got curious what my accent sounds like.
I had asked a stanger once (girl) what it sounded like and it opened a complete set since you can segue into a lot of different topics.

In laymens terms:
*Ask your target ''Hey listen, my accent, how heavy is it/is it still there?/whats it sound like to you?/do i have an X accent or a Y accent?
Then you can lead off into your game, whether you have a story prepared or a question to ask her
