Being a bouncer, you have the opportunity to talk to women non stop, stopping them on the way in, letting them out etc. But like you say, you don't have alot of time on your hands. I have a rugby friend who part time bounces while at uni, and he swears by giving out negs / friendly banter to random women. If they are regulars they'll notice you and get onto a friendly basis. A method I always use with women who I cannot stop and talk with for along time is this.

Where abouts in Finland do you bounce? I'm flying to Helsinki tomorrow for a lethal week, what are the Finnish women like?
