Here's my problem. Every time a friend introduces me to a HB I freeze after the introduction. However if I approached her I could go on for hours . Anyone else has this problem? I don't get it. It should be easier to game someone you're introduced to right?

I can understand why that would happen to you, dude. It's like when friends play matchmaker, you feel a bit more pressure to do well because other people have this expectation for you to do well. Your buddy introduces a girl because he thinks that you two can hit it off, if you don't then not only do you disappoint yourself a little bit, but your friend as well. Thing is, you just gotta keep in mind that there is no more pressure. Your friend does not care if you marry the girl or say hi, nice meeting you, and then walk away.

Maybe it would help more if you did just that, actually. When a friend introduces a girl, just mention your name, and then excuse yourself with just a few minutes of conversation. Then you can approach on your own to her later, it's just been made a bit easier because she knows who you are.
