dance floor game is based on 2 things:
a.) Dancing ability (if she sees you)
b.) Looks

No girl wants to talk on the dance floor. You go up to your target and ask, hey you wanna dance for this song (time Constraint)..
its a hit or miss...

you asking, shows that your both confident and not a creeper who'd grind up against her when she wasn't looking..

a no, can be for plenty of reasons(shyness, boyfriend, w/e).. it doesn't necessarily mean game over..

But why risk sarging on the dancefloor anyway?

1. Its much harder
2. IF she leaves the dancefloor you have to start from A1 (or the begging of whatever method you're using)
3. No chance of a number close on the dancefloor
4. Using the the dancefloor for social proof maybe the way forward, but as for getting the girl on the dancefloor, i'd say it's not worth it.

If youre going to start on the dance floor dont open until after, the interruption of the dance can break the flow of game. You should get her attention, and then afterwards move in to open. The dance floor offers to many escape routes for her to use if you attempt to open her (or before you are on the floor.)

Just do a non-verbal advertisement and later, after the floor, open her. It will give her time to check you out while youre not looking AND let her think about you, and why you look sooo familiar or whatever.
