I heard of some guy who started a video diary, sounds like a cool idea. It would be an extra incentive to go sarging and give detailed reports.

Is it worth it, what do you think guys?

I am actually making a kind of video diary, i am recording approaches ect, all in the name of fun and improvment, once you have video you can really break down what did you did right and wrong and improve from that point :)
