I dont know what happened to me internally for I used to be good with women, but when shows I.O.I's I tend to freeze and wonder why these women are giving ME these interest. I had/have the same as you have.
I went out a lot last week, because I went on a holiday to Greece,
and I thought, F it, I am going approach a lot of women, otherwise I stay stuck at this point for the rest of my life.

And it was the best thing I could do, I opened HB7's HB8's and HB9's , wich I never dared, and learned a lot because of it. I also got a lot of IOI's, and just like you I didnt know what to do with them, I blacked out

tip: try to see it as a game, ( it is a game offcourse) but really, try to see it as a game. thats what I did. And go to a different city, a place where you don't know a lot of people, because if you fail , NOBODY knows it the next day
