There's a girl in my highschool who I'm interested in. What sucks is, I'm really taken with her, I get that jolt whenever I see her. Another thing is, I guess you would say she's a 9? I think so anyways. So her hair kinda resembles the hairstyle of rogue in the movie X men, the two blonde strips/bangs or w/e the hell. And, one of my friends was talking to her and her friends at a table. I walked by with my other friend and said the following:

Me: Hey, did you tell her yet?(to my friend at the table)
(He smiles)
He says: She says she's never seen the movies.
I say: Well everyone thinks you copied that hairstyle from the movie. (yeah, I know.)
My friend walking with me chimes in: Yeah, everyone does.

(She faces forward, cause she turned to talk to us before, and does that face like, "Alriiiiight" (that was the only way I knew how to verbalize, I think you get it."

Then me and my friend continue in side.

It's been almost three weeks of school, since then, we havn't talked at all, (not that we were talking at all before hand). In those three weeks though, we've made eye contact walking through hallways etc., nothing notable.

Sidenote: We have a ridiculous amount of things in common, too many for me to ignore anyway, that's why Im pursuing this so heavily.

My questions are:

What effect will that three week period of not talking to her have on future conversations?

Should I ever bring up that hair thing again?

Should I open her friends despite me only being interested in her?

And I am going to talk to her again, I'm not gonna run away from this girl.

Any, and I mean ANY, feedback would be beyond phenomenal. I'm new to this forum, but I've read stuff like double your dating, and have been aware of the PUA stuff for about a year. So thanks in advance for those who give their two cents, happy hunting!

you may have waited too long, and might be in the ljbf category. Who knows things are alot different in high school, because you see those people all the time. Its easier to run game on people you dont ever talk to/first time talking to them... Maybe you can pick one of these things you have in common and ask her opinion on it... something that she knows alot about and might ramble on, and ask her friends if she has an off switch? i dunno... just dont let it go any longer or you might get the dreaded "creepy" label

Just talk to her. Think about it. Your going to date her and enjoy it right? Why waste the time then. Get it over with.

when somthing is nothing notable,and you note it, you know you got it bad.
3 weeks is a long time man,so you have to remind her who you are.

yeah, I linked a picture of rogue on her facebook, and said "how can you not see the resemblence?" This is a good conversation topic for school on monday, plus she'll try and prove that she dosnt look like her or w\e, hopefully that is, Im talking to her tomorrow though for sure
