God damn, I feel inadequate. Theres this one girl who Ive known, not even known, saw, and im pretty sure she sees me too, but basically, I CANT OPEN HER.

I get what you mean dude, i get the same problem as well. The point of the fact is that you win some and lose some, but you never know until you try.
Take for example, this girl i saw called Alice. Hottest girl iv'e ever seen. Never talked to her, but one time i did approach, managed to talk to her, but couldn't close her. After all this was one of my first approaches, but the situation is somewhat the same.

Mate, just walk up to her, swallow your AA, and game like you have never gamed before. The worst thing she can do is it say no thanks.

Just be yourself, make her attracted to who you are, and appeal to different aspects of her. And if all else fails, maybe now is not your time.
