Hi all, got a quick question for you...

I'm having a bit of a sticking point with dancefloor openning; specifically in the following situation:

So I'll be dancing with mates (usually a mixed group), messing about etc. and a couple of girls will start dancing close in an obvious way. They'll then start backing into the group I'm in breaking our circle with one of the girls dancing next to me but still facing out of the group towards her friend.

How do you open that? I'm fine if I can open near the bar or whatever where it's quieter and we can talk but how to do it here where I feel I've received an IOI?

Basically your conversation will probably go something like this
You:"HI!"
girl:"What?!?!?"
You:"Hi!"
girl:"What?!??!"

Dancefloor game is something that most guys here will say is not a good thing to try. I, on the other hand, love going to clubs and picking up - meaning dancefloor game is something I feel can be an asset.

I'm not a bad dancer so I'll usually club it up on the dancefloor either with some friends (mixed) or even by myself and just stick myself next to a girl I think is cute. I'll eventually face her and make eye contact, and while I'm dancing and having fun, I'll give her the "come here" motion with my hand/fingers. A majority of the time, they comply. If not, who cares and keep having fun.

If you've got two girls danceing face to face with each other, here's one thing you can do. Just move up alongside her, facing her, place your hand on the small of her back, or her waist. So it essentially looks like you're danicng with both girls, but the one who you have your hand on will then know you are there and will have the opportunity to accept or refuse.
