how do i ask her out so that i can build rapport with her?

You can build rapport first talking about general interests, maybe it takes like 1 or 2 minutes, then is the easiest way to build rapport, you can say something like, hey, I want to apply a thing from a book I read. haha, thanks, was planning on using the cube and various other cold reading games i'd learned from other sites to add into the convo. this will probably be the only routines i use - the rest is all natural.

the trouble is, i have no idea how to ask her out.

rmb that:

-im not new to her. we met nearly 4 years ago because we were from the same religious association, and i'd already liked her then. she and i were only 14 then. of course, back then i was really AFC so i failed miserably in getting her. and even then we hardly talked.

-fast forward 4 years, and I meet her again, now all grown up and gorgeous. I couldnt help but fall into her love 'trap' again. however, at that time, i was still AFC, and didnt get number, and ruined her impression of me through simply bad online gaming.

now i can handle chicks pretty good, but of course, none of them have cured my oneitis - i still want her a lot. hence my friend (he's not a pua btw) tells me i should ask her out (which is the best time to build rapport and comfort).

i agree. however, with no number, and hardly a chance to meet her again, how?

msn and fb (i prefer msn) are the two ways i can think of.
if i do meet her again, i have to idea how to suddenly ask her out. cos after all, im a stranger to her, yet she knows who i am, so its weird.
